Pick up and pay your order directly at the store : simple, fast and free.

To use the "Click and colllect" service, you must have an account and be logged in. Sign up for free and get a promo code offering a -5% discount on the entire catalog !

How does it work ?

Complete your basket, apply any discounts (promo code or gift voucher) and then validate your order.

Follow the instructions until you choose the delivery, and click on the pick-up option. Choose your payment method and validate.

After receiving our confirmation email, wait at least 24h : we are preparing your order.

Go to our store in Poitiers to collect your purchases.

Frequently asked questions

Is Click & collect available for all articles?

Yes, you can buy and pick up in store any items you find in the Plexus online catalog.

How long do I have to wait before picking up my order?

24 hours from receipt of the confirmation message. Please note that the days of closure (Monday and Sunday) do not count.

Can I come and collect my order immediately ?

If you don't wait 24 hours before coming, we may not have had time to prepare your order, but we can do it immediatly : but you will have to wait at the counter while we search for your items (and sometimes, some records like to play hide and seek).

How long will you keep my order ?

As long as it takes. But the longer you wait, the more you risk to see your order get lost in the flow. If you plan not to come for a while, a phone call to let us know will be much appreciated and will save you an itchy surprise in case of any problem.

 Where can I go to pick up my order?

On site, in our shop, in Poitiers. Remember to consult our opening hours before visiting us.

Can I cancel or add some items to my order after I have placed it?

Add : just make a second command, selecting the same options as the previous one. Both will be waiting for you at the same place.

Cancel : we can exceptionally accept a cancellation if you notify us early enough (by phone or email). If the refund is not possible, we will offer you a credit note, valid online or in our store.

Can I send someone else to pick up the order for me?

Yes, but this person must present a copy of one of your identity documents. A phone call to let us know in advance will be appreciated.
